Pieces in progress

sorry I haven't updated this blog much, I've been busy with trying to get my website together! There's a complete gallery there now, at www.motherhoodlum.com, go check it out if you haven't wandered over already.
I have three more I am putting in the Stained glass series currently in progress, although as you can see these are veering off of the original formula a bit. Trying to shake things up I suppose. The first, Cathedral, is coming along nicely. I am having fun with the mosaic effect around the actual cross and flowers. Iris and Dreams and also different from my normal work in that one is more whimsical, and the other is based off of a victorian drawing. All in all, much fun, and I hope to have them done within the week. I figured though I would post them incomplete so that all can get a better idea as to the technique behind these pieces.
